The file suffix
.TopMargincontrols the top margin in number of lines.
The value of the
.TopMarginsuffix is an integer in the range {0..``option listing_size``} and the default is 0.
Note
The equivalent GAMS and AIMMS 2 name up to AIMMS 3.3 is .tm.
