.LeftMarginis the left margin in number of characters.
The value of the
.LeftMarginsuffix is an integer in the range {0..``option listing_page_width``} and the default is 0.
Note
The equivalent GAMS and AIMMS 2 name up to AIMMS 3.3 is .lm.
