Text

Description

In the Text tab of the Composite Table properties dialog box, you can specify the text to appear as column titles and the text that appears as tooltip when you hover the mouse over the rows and columns of the Composite Table.

Entire Row Tooltip

Here you can specify the text that will appear when you hover over any field in a row. You can specify a literal quoted string or a string parameter indexed over (a subset of) the indices of the domain identifier. If you want to specify a different tooltip string for some of the columns, you can do so with the Column-Toolip as described below.

Column

In the Column section you can select the column for which you want to specify an alternative title or tooltip text.

Column - Title

In this field you can specify the title of the column as displayed in the header bar. This title can be entered as a literal quoted string or via a string parameter. Note that the title is not used if you choose not to display the Header Bar.

Column - Tooltip

By default, the tooltip for each column is set to ‘Use Row Tooltip’, which means that the tooltip that you specified at Entire Row Tooltip is displayed when you hover over an entry in the column. If you set the type to ‘Specific Text’ then you can specify a literal quoted string or a string parameter which will be used as tooltip for any entry in the column.
